  • It consists in selling contact reduction opportunities to our supply partners in order to reduce the costs for both our businesses. It requires regular contacts with our partners and the relevant internal stakeholders in order to deliver specific projects.

  • It's really interesting and seems to be well structured. The lessons are enjoyable and so far it has been meeting my expectations.

  • I have fully support from my line manager/mentor. The business also offers a selection of workshops and free online courses that can support your personal development as well as the apprenticeship objectives. The university is offering as well both face to face and online support providing access to different learning tools.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The business offers a selection of workshops and free online courses that can support your personal development as well as the apprenticeship objectives. I have fully support from my line manager/mentor. I can be flexible with my working hours and adjust my schedule accordingly to what is required by the program. I have also agreed on doing shadowing and we've scheduled regular follow ups with my mentor.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have only just started my apprenticeship but so far we've received the adequate support. We've been given access to online resources that can be used throughout the full apprenticeship. We are also provided with the full material we go through during the face to face workshops.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • At the moment it has helped me identify the areas of personal and professional development requiring an improvement and how to plan my learning accordingly. The next modules will be more focused on the actual professional qualifications which will be helpful on a day-to-day basis in my current job role.

  • Yes, our business organizes different kind of activities that all the employees can join, from company events, to social or company activities, voluntary initiatives and so on.
