  • Helping and supporting the manager to grow the business and the staff to progress, being an example, train, lead, support, recognise the team. Stocks, orders, deliveries, emails, bookings, opening up, closing down, cashing, banking, organise breaks, dealing with complaints etc. Be confident in your role and take any new challenges to improve yourself.

  • Yes I did! And not just that I learnt new skills, but I have grown my confidence a lot, I have learnt to use my skills in a better and more professional way. I have developed not only my skills, but me as a person, I saw where I stand and where I can be!

  • 9/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very well structured and it is lot of support... From online documents, videos, tests, pictures that made me to learn in an easy way and to remember and understand them better, to support from the tutor I had from the very first day until the end and even after!

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have received a lot of support! Every 6-8 weeks we had a face to face meeting or phone meeting, any other day I could email, text or phone my tutor for any question, I have been always challenged to try different tasks that actually helped me to discover myself!

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that this qualification helped me a lot to be where I am now! I would of potentially gave up in this job if I would rush into progressing without having the correct knowledge for the next step, for the responsibilities coming with it and without the confidence that this training offered me, I couldn’t of done it!
