  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy the programme. I am learning a lot more about the running of the business and also business legislation. If I get stuck with anything my tutor is very understanding and patient and will explain things further, she has had hands on experience in the trade so is very knowledgeable.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is broken down into smaller sections and each one is covered over a few weeks in between one to one sessions. There is lots of information and activities on each section of the programme making it easier to take it in. There are also more in depth parts if you are aiming for a higher pass.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are no extra-curricular activities as such but I have recently been able to invest some extra time planning an event for the business, this has led to recognition from the area manager in the form of an invitation to an event attended by people in similar situations from across the business, this will be an opportunity for networking.
