  • Responsible for the running of the kitchen such as cooking food, preparation of salad items. Reporting to the kitchen manager. Also responsible for the closing down of the kitchen at the end off the shift making sure the kitchen and equipment are clean ready for the following shift. And making sure there is sufficient stoke out

  • I already had the knowledge of the job but this has given me the chance to reinforce the knowledge that I already had and to go over information that I already had making sure it was up to date and understood

  • I really enjoyed the program I am on and look forward to being able to take part in any future programmes that I can still better my career choices with

  • The program is well structured in a way that it gives you all the useful information you need to complete the program successfully

  • I have received all the help that I have need to progress through the program with out to much trouble

  • My training provider has made sure that there are lots of useful tools and community's that you can become part of to help you find all the information relevant to the area you are studying

  • Since I have been doing my qualification I have a better understanding of my job and better able to identify different things in my job

  • There are no other activities that I am aware of in the business I work for
