  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure and organisation of the programme is really good. As well as working at different client sites to develop skills in the field of audit, we also have training courses across the country, and also we go to college every so often to learn for our professional exams, which is needed.

  • 9a. Would you recommend EY to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend EY to a friend as the employee gives you a variety of different opportunities to do things you wouldn't normally be able to do. As well as this, all of the people are really friendly and are there to help - there is a real sense of community.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
  • The tips and advice I would give to people applying or considering applying to EY is to research the business and the different service lines that EY offer, in order to understand what people are best suited to. Also, I would advise people to practice online tests prior to taking the actual ones to get a feel for the experience. Do work experience and visit open events to speak to people who actually work here.
