Im a trainee site manager. this inolves quality checks, site inductions, daily site diaries, safety checks and organising works.
my IT and communication skills have improved massively. My team work and problem solving have developed.
i enjoy my programme very much. I enjoy the project teams i have worked with and continue to learn on a daily basis and develop my skills.
I feel like a valued team member of all the site teams I have worked within. I've been given various roles which help me progress
the programme is very organised. i know who to talk to if i have a problem and also have a clear set of objectives which help me progress in my role.

My salary is good but a lot of money goes on petrol as my place of work is currently in ipswich and my home is benfleet, essex
