We all learn differently and University isn't the right path for everyone but lucky there is an alternative. The IBM Apprentice Scheme is a permanent role, including three years of brilliant training, giving you huge amount of exposure and an experience you simply couldn't get anywhere else. At the end of the placement, it’s in your hands. If you would like to consider IBM as a long term career then you could apply for our Apprenticeship scheme, or you could go off to university and consider IBM's Graduate Programme in a few years time.
Along with our fantastic training and development opportunities you will have a personal development and task manager who’ll be on hand to make sure you get the most both programmes.
To be eligible to apply, you must have at least 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above including Maths and English and either have obtained or be predicted at least 160 UCAS points. You must also be authorised to work in the UK.
