    • The programme is very well structured and offers a clean way to continue your development with development sessions and help.

    • I receive a lot of support from my employer and I am confident that if i ever need more support that i would be helped

    • I am unsure who my training provider is. If this would be the emerging talent team I feel they have supported everyone a lot with their training days.

    • The emerging talent team provides knowledge of how to stay motivated and how to be professional and inclusive in work. As well as the relevant health and safety training.

    • There are many extra-curricular activities like sports, professional or groups that have been advertised to be involved in work that I am yet to join but will soon.
