  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am very happy with the programme. All the people I have met and worked with have been very helpful and patient. My line manager has regular catch ups with me and makes sure that I have adequate support for example if I need any help with assignments and if he can't help he gets me in contact with people who would be able to help. The whole team is very understanding and patient, and ensure that I have understood the task and are always ready to answer any questions I might have.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very well organised. Mace have set up separate trainings with all apprentices in my year to help develop necessary skills and knowledge for example - how to build your personal brand, presentations, project lifecycles etc. I also have regular reviews with my link tutor from uni and my line manager and we set goals to be accomplished in the next 3 months before the next review.
