  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    • I am on a rotation of the varied PMO job roles including Risk, Change and Reporting. Currently I am helping with the reporting aspect so spend time on excel formatting and creating project reports, both weekly and monthly.

    • I have improved on my excel skills significantly.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I very much enjoy the structure of my programme and like how the cohort is large and all 'in the same boat'.

    • It is very well organised however I would say the opportunities are not well advertised.

    • Mace is very good at giving us support in all aspects of the business.

    • They do give support however I would say the training provider itself has many lecturers that are not the best at explaining various topics and telling us where to go for further help.

    • I would say it helps extensively as it is directly related to my role.

    • I enjoy any social activity.

    • Yes

    • Mace is a great place to work for various reasons but the overall positive is the extense of various sectors and projects to be involved in.
