  • I enjoy the opportunities given to me to network with others from different sectors, teams etc.

  • Well organised-, with clear dates/deadlines to when attend webinars, submit work.

  • Good amount. Balanced between learning my self and supporting when needed

  • A Good amount. Monthly catch ups with coach, but always states they are available whenever, if needed a sooner call or email. Answers any queries i have and goes over anything i am unsure with

  • Very well. Learning vocab, different services banks have that you wouldn't be usually told.

  • Maybe more network events based on ethnic minorities, different faiths etc

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Great bank to work with as it clearly states their values, which are constantly re-iterated, on how we should behave with other employees and customers. Safe environment, and good people to work with.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Be To be yourself, as uniqueness and any form of work experience can be to your advantage. E.g. Shop assistant= cash handling & customer facing- building confidence in those areas.
