  • Customer service, taking incoming calls from customers and from those calls resolving the issues raised. In addition complete allocated casework from calls and Team leader.

  • Become more conversant with systems which has assisted with being more efficient and effective with customer service. Have developed my knowledge and experience with complex case work and complaints.

  • Have weekly reviews with TL and tutor. My progress is reviewed and tasks set for following week.
