  • My social skills and communication skills have been developed a lot at first I was shy now I feel confident to talk to anyone.

  • I enjoy working with children . Seeing them grow and learn making there way to the target achieving a lot

  • Very organised. If I need anything the response are fast

  • I receive a lot of support from the placement and the company I feel like there so much support the company gives you and so you can do as well as you can

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive loads of support. There’s always resources for me where I can access it . The tutor give us many intervention option for those who are retaking their exams just so we get extra support. They always stay on top of you making sure work is being done and generally support alot

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Since started this role I had little knowledge about safeguarding. This has helped so much as safeguarding plays a lot in my role and I’ve got more knowledge of this subject .

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many social activity with the children . To celebrate their achievements we have little party or we have movie night so we are able to communicate with both children and parents

  • Yes

  • From day one they got things done very fast . Encouraged me aswell pushes you to do well . Always there for support . Regular check in with the student see how we’re doing . They always get feedback from placement. Generally first time a company has treated me well since I left school .
