    • My social skills have massively improved and I believe this apprenticeship has helped me to be mature

    • Whenever I need help, I can phone my line manager or email tutor and I know Ill get a rapid response

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I receive a lot of support from my training provider and I know if I was to have an issue with my assignment, I can ask my tutor or line manager and Ill be assisted quickly, the only thing that Id like is if I could do some of my work during work time, if i could get time off lessons to do my work, but it is my placements decision for me to be full time and not take time out of lessons
