  • I’ve learnt many skill and my confidence has increased. My communication skills have developed which is a need when you work in a school , as you communicate with teachers

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love this programme both tutor and manager are always there to help and support me when I need them to . And my coursework is very easy to access. Tutor makes it’s easy and the company always check up on the apprentices regularly.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very organised. I have regular meeting with the manager seeing how I’m doing have my mid point reviews and with tutor I haven’t got a problem they always reply as soon as they can and very flexible .

  • I have a lot of support when I’m ill the company check up and they have many ways to support this and help me reduce the days I take off .

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They are quite patience with me and very understanding. They always online to help support me with task . Always push you to your best and only do what’s best

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The training provider helped me improve my role is by having discussions with me about the topics of safeguarding and it plays a big part in my role so I found this useful. There’s always video for any topic I need to carry any information all online on my smart assessor

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are online meeting to help with your maths if your stuck on a maths topic if your doing your maths paper again there are hour session where tutor can help you by learning together. Can just book the session and join

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • There very understanding . Support your all the way and comes up with solutions. Want you to do well and get your qualifications. Staff are very helpful and couldn’t have done it without the manager Klaudia


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Inspire ATA Ltd.?
  • Always do your off the job hours saves your time at the end and don’t let it build up
