    • I have learned a variety of skills & capabilities that I will carry with me throughout my career as a result of my time on the programme.

    • Although the programme was time consuming and difficult to balance alongside a role in the bank, it was definitely worth completing and I am grateful that my coach was patient and supportive throughout.
