  • I have greatly developed in my communication skills as well as more specific skill needed in education, including supporting children in English and Maths.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It’s really great. I get to learn while on the job, at the same time gaining new knowledge from my tutor that I can then apply into my work.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I know what to expect. I am aware of what coursework I have, how to do it while also getting plenty of support from regular meetings with my tutor. The communication is really great, never had a hard time getting information.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There is regular communication and follow ups. I am constantly made aware that if I have any issues that I can contact them and they will support me to the best of their abilities.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There is constant communication with my tutor. I am free to email about any questions. There is plenty on training available.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Really well. I am constantly gaining new knowledge or bing brought aware of the knowledge I didn’t know I had or was important.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I have taken part in dances, singing shows and performances with the children. I have also taken part in the schools gardening club, taking the lead my class has grown very successful peas.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • They make you feel really supported and help keep you on track. They are very serious about safety, safeguarding is something that you hear about all the time. It’s amazing to be able to gain experience while getting a qualification, while still feeling that there is a support system in place looking out for you.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Inspire ATA Ltd.?
  • It is an amazing opportunity, really explore the different qualifications and work places. Once the process starts you will find that you will get into everything almost immediately. Jumping right in can be a little daunting, but it will be worth it. If you have any questions or concerns about your work place, Inspire takes your safety very serious.
