  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My first section has been on professionalism and ethics. This helps me recognise the correct qualities needed for a banker. The study does not necessarily help me improve the day-to-day aspects. However, it helps me use the correct attitudes and behaviours for my role. I am looking forward to learning about lending specifically moving forwards.
