Working within technology as a business analyst liaising with a variety of platform specialists to achieve project goals.

The programme is enjoyable, however the content I learn on training with QA differs greatly from what my job role has me doing so sometimes it is difficult to understand what my apprenticeship is for.

Learning material doesn’t correspond to my day-to-day work, but is organised quite well.

I have been guided by my managers to resources that interest me for career development.

Each time I have a module to complete, I am given a good walk-through before starting and can reach it whenever I need help thereafter.

The qualification feels different from my role therefore I don’t see much of it helping me perform better in my role, however it helps me understand the technical side that the people I work with have to do.
