  • Working as a customer service agent has helped me be more confident in myself and also speak to others.

  • I love working as a customer service agent as you get to speak to different types of people. I also love the support you are provided with while working for Natwest Group.

  • My apprenticeship programme is amazing with a lot of support given if needed.

  • My employer is very good when needing support and anything we need help with, there is always someone there to aid us.

  • My trainer is amazing. When needing support while going through each class, he makes sure everyone understands before moving on.

  • I feel my apprenticeship has helped me with how I speak to customers, especially my attitude and tone of voice.

  • My work has a lot of different events daily for charities, teams organising things, team nights out, and much more.

  • I think Natwest is a great place to work, especially as you are given support whenever it is needed. It is a professional workplace, but also a friendly one.

  • Always put yourself out there and do not shy away. It helps you become more confident.
