  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have improved my confidence as when I started I was not as confident as I am now. I have developed my communication skills as sometimes I would have to ring parents that do not understand English and I would have to translate for them. I also learnt behaviour management strategies.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very. I have meetings with my tutor often, and during those meetings, my tutor ensures that I know what is coming up and what I should be doing. It's very simple to know what you have to do and what to do to achieve it correctly.
