  • I have really enjoyed my programme it has allowed me to develop both professionally and personally I have been given lots of responsibilities which has allowed my confidence to grow

  • In terms of RWE, my programme has been structured well and I have been given lots of support Babington's programme structure was quite poor and needed lots of improvement

  • Lots of support received from employer, a mentor provided, lots of support from whole team. Help provided whenever asked.

  • Support was provided however, there was a lack of structure to the programme and sometimes made the course more difficult than it needed to be

  • The qualification definitely helps towards project management skills - provides the base understanding

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are lots of events held at RWE, you do not have to attend but this has been really good for my networking skills and I have met lots of people throughout the organisation

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • This has been a really good start to my career within a international organisation, lots of skills learnt whilst gaining a qualification as well as getting work experience


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RWE Supply & Trading?
  • Do the research, if you do not understand some aspects of the job - ask. It shows that you are interested and have done the research. Most importantly be yourself!
