Overseeing the day to day operations of a project and ensuring project delivery within the current budget and timeline agreed before the project kicked off

Yes, before I started I knew little to nothing about project management therefore, everything I have done since joining has been new to me.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it a lot because there's always opportunities to work on different projects and topics. As well as this the apprenticeship side of things really helps to solidify my knowledge and bring it into the work place.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, the live events are great for learning and run smoothly each month.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much support as I need, if I am struggling on any topics there's my whole team that I can speak to who are more than happy to help.

Also as much support as I need.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training helps me perform a lot better because I can use the knowledge and take over certain tasks if they tie into a similar time to my live events

There are different things that you can get involved with such as a football team.
