  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The first week contains a well structured introduction, giving reassurance as a new joiner that there is work to keep you busy. Throughout the course of the programme, the team follow a roadmap of monthly check-ins/sessions to see how we are doing and to network. I feel that it is well structured and contains lot's of great content for those starting out in the company.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Personally, I have received lot's of support. Even though my manager is busy, she will always set time aside should I need it and we have weekly check ins. Even those I do not immediately work with are keen to help. Even before I started, the Early careers team and my manager reached out to me on numerous occasions to see how I was doing.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • At first I struggled to understand the course and the learning platform. But I was given a coach who worked through these issues with me, and we have regular sessions before and after key pieces of work. My coach always gives me examples and tips to aid my coursework and even checks over my work to ensure I am meeting the criteria

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification will allow me to gain a broader understanding into Business Management, which I otherwise would not have considered. It also allows me to develop skills that pushes me both professionally and personally, essential for my role. Sometimes it can be hard to link some of the content to my specific role as it is quite broad, but so far it has been fine.
