  • Reconcile a variety of products such as ETF, brokerage shares and Third -Party Provider statements. Investigate any variances found and resolve with corresponding team.

  • Learnt how to effectively network, communicate across a variety of systems and developed my excel skills along side my knowledge around the financial industry by actively studying towards certain qualifications

  • I enjoy the programme a lot. There is enough work to keep you bust throughout the day but also room to expand your skills and knowledge of you are to get the time. I have always been supported with personal growth and development.

  • Very well structured with certain deadlines to hit in order to move onto the next stage of the programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot! Any project or opportunity you would like to take part in or experience, there will be an abundance of support around you, from your team to your manager an the early careers team.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot for the exam and the preparation before hand but for the project and write up it seems to dip off, i think it would be great to maintain the same level of support throughout.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It provides a good background knowledge for areas and team you'll work with, and having an understanding of hat the team does and why they do it. It is also great for conversations around the office when meeting new colleagues

  • Yes theres yearly sports day, volunteering events, social events and networking events
