  • I have learnt good communication skills as well as a good level of knowledge regarding the investment industry

  • I love the programme however, there has not been too much support in terms of the write up as there are not many materials to help with the write up.

  • The IOC 1 helps significantly with my role however, the rest of the apprenticeship does not help me perform better in my role.

  • It's a fantastic place to work and the culture is amazing


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fidelity International?
  • Prepare well for the interviews and if you are new to the financial services industry do a bit of pre reading on the products as this well help when onboarding
