Day-to-day, I investigate, resolve and communicate an outcome to a complaint for a customer/financial advisor/complainant.
I have learnt many new skills, including strengthening communications, organisation, planning & prioritising.
I have enjoyed my apprenticeship programme and been very happy throughout with the support offered to me by Fidelity and the learning provider Fitch learning.
The structure was very well organised, I went through the different stages in a seamless way and had support to track my progress at each stage throughout with Fidelity and Fitch.
I receive a lot of support from various colleagues, including additional time, flexibility and just general help when needed.
I received lots of helping, including catch ups every 6 weeks via zoom. these were helpful to track my progress and stay up-to-date with my learning. I also had help available over email with Fitch when needed.
My qualification, including IOC1 exam, has taught me a lot of finance knowledge including products available, which has helped me in my daily role.
There have been lots of opportunities available, such as early careers zoom sessions, social events, networking events throughout the programme.
Yes
I have found Fidelity a great place to complete my apprenticeship and I am most grateful for the amount of support available to me throughout my apprenticeship programme and the drive for success around me including others wanting to help me excel.
Go for it, you will regret not taking the opportunity sooner.
