Every day i am answering the phones to individuals with pensions fidelity. I action what they need such as withdrawals , queries, complaints etc. I do emails call backs and completing work from previous days.
I have learnt how to deal with different queries and different individuals, my knowledge regarding pensions and the finance industry has improved.
I enjoy the programme as alot of the work relates to GCSE so i feel comfortable with the information. I believe the support is good and the monthly catch ups are nice to regroup
I believe the structure of my programme is easy to navigate and well organised.
My employer understands that it is a lot of work to do day to - they are always flexible with my busy schedule and allow me to do all the things i need to.
i believe my training provider have provided alot of support with the easy to follow guides etc.
I feel as if when reading through the missions i try harder in my job role to get evidence i can use in the missions
I take action involving myself in apprenticeship recruitment events which can break up the day and allow me to speak to a range of different people. Fidelity also hold seasonal events such as mothers day bouquet making.
