  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • the apprentice program isnt a bad programme and the content was generally ok, however i feel like the structure of the project could have been structured better in terms of some units could have been done earlier, he lectures were very condensed and not spread at all making the learning much harder

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the structure is the wors thing about this proramme it isnt bad but it could be improved in a lot of ways. one of my main points is the lecture structure as it happens rarley and happens for a week straight of 9-5 which is a really taxing thing on me

  • my employer has giving me adequate and even more support in terms with time, if i needed any extra time or needed to manage my apprentice split time it could be adjusted which was good for me allowing me the flexiibility to work more with extra time so not needing to worry about that was good

  • my training provider has provided me with a variety of training which isn't used to my current job role at NatWest but as a data analyst can be seen as useful but I haven't encountered these situations that much yet, but learning excel has helped me a lot in approaching tasks in my job role
