1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working in a warehouse picking and receiving orders. Helping tradesman find the items their looking for.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt the importance of being punctual and communication between a team and how without it you workplace will fail and be ineffective.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I appreciate that a job will never be entertaining 100% of the time but the staff are so friendly and the job is full on but also interesting.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

My program is well structured i have work that i should complete week by week but also have a lady that helps me with my course work and helps/guides me on the things i need to who comes in monthly.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received as much support as i have requested for and they are very good at listening to the questions and queries i have on the apprenticeship.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have recieved alot of support from my training provider.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me understand what is requested of a warehouse operative and how people should act and behave in a workplace.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have only been here for a short time but i have been to a couple activities outside of work hours

Its a very welcoming and friendly environment the work is hard but fun and they do alot for their employees.

Go for it, its a very interesting and rewarding job.
