  • I am a retail host so my role is to focus on guest experience. We provide our guest with personal shopping experiences as well of history tours of the building. We ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and that they are well informed of there options whilst instore and online.

  • I and have learnt a lot about customer profiles and emotional intelligence.

  • I love it!

  • I feel I am well informed and my options are clear it moves at a fast pace but I feel it is organized well and I am informed every step of the way.

  • My employer is very supportive and gives me allocated time to enable me to complete my modules.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I feel very supported and am able to contact my learning coach as and when I need too.

  • I really do believe that they are giving me a deeper knowledge of the role therefore enabling me to add more depth to my role.

  • There is always something going on such as breakfast/coffee mornings to integrate staff and keep us up to date with with product knowledge.

  • Yes

  • All the staff are nice to work with and the managers are fully supportive. Its a lovely friendly environment and I feel honored to be part of the team.

  • Just be yourself - Individuality is the key. Team work is essential and take pride in your work.
