  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme very much for the reason that there is a mix between new things to learn and things that I already know. Especially for the latter, I am pleased to see that I can refine my knowledge, give them a sort of tidiness and reinforced what is already there

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In the first part of it, It seems fairly organised, we follow a schedule of contents, have a lesson, do researches and finalise it with a task completion. The second part of it less so as our assessor went on maternity leave and the replacement arrived after while making little contact

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Full support from my employer. Whenever I needed time off to catch with the programme I have been always given. In the recent months when I asked the LD department to make contact with the provider they always come back with an answer. Furthermore they ensure that my apprenticeship time is covered during my working hours

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Up to the original assessor was still in the business, a lot. She was often available to do a catch up, meeting with my manager and supporting towards a task to be completed. Unfortunately I cannot say it went the same way once she left for the maternity leave. My employer is now chasing for me to progress
