  • I register and process invoice payments for non-stock payments, I provide reconciliations for old payments and liaise with various departments regarding payments and communicating with our suppliers.

  • I have learnt a whole new job with a set of skills that i have used in the past regarding data entry. I have developed more knowledge with finance lingo's and improved my communication skills further.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the daily routine I do everyday but welcome new tasks to add to it knowing I am gaining new skills that will help me in the near future. Plus I enjoy working with the colleagues in the company.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The week is structured down to a routine, we have a payment run every midweek which helps me knowing what to do each day and how add new things around it

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • If I am stuck on a question I cannot answer I reach out to either my work colleagues of manager who then provide me with an answer, which will help me answer questions related to it down the line. Help is always there when I need it.

  • HR has been so helpful in helping me reach the program I require to help me progress further into the future.

  • It will help me know more about the department lingo and methods so I can progress more in the future.

  • I am trying to get more involved into our belonging network at work as diversity in the work place is absolutely vital
