  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme has been very well structured. most teams i went to had a week by week plan for me and buddied me up with current members of the team so i have someone to answer any questions i may have. I feel to improve any department getting a apprentice should have to make a week by week plan o the apprentice knows what they are doing.
