1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

From the start of my apprenticeship and training the people at realise have been helpful and clear on what I need to do to achieve my goals. They are all friendly and all willing to help whenever help is needed.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve definitely developed my skills whilst being in the apprenticeship, I’m more confident with writing the work journals and completing the tasks to the best of my ability and not just what’s needed

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the program I’m doing, it fits around my working life perfect and you hardly feel overwhelmed by the workload.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme that I’m on is very well organised, I’m promptly getting the necessary feedback when needed.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer doesn’t really need to be too involved with the apprenticeship as I’m able to do tasks in my own time however I have been able to be released from my duties to attend workshops set out by the provider.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a great deal of support as and when needed to help me as I work towards receiving my qualifications.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me understand different areas within my role which has made it easier to manage different situations.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At stagecoach there is social activity’s such as a football team.

I would say to just enjoy the process and don’t let anything stress you out and you’ll have a great time.
