  • Sometimes dates, times and tutors would change last minute Clearly explained Made sense to the job role Wish it was prioritised more as it took nearly 18months for me to complete

  • Due to driver shortages I often found there would be months between each workshop as they just couldn't spare me for a day Realise did support me in putting pressure on my employer

  • Individual tutors were great However I was never contacted by a specific company just individual tutors involved in my training

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I found myself questioning things more, specifically with assisting passengers and how things are done in my job role. My maths has really improved and this has helped me keep to time as I can work things out quicker

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • There's more opportunities within stagecoach, chance to progress and additionally there's an option to branch out to sister companies


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stagecoach UK?
  • Push to be allowed to attend more workshops you only get 1 year of funding. Be yourself they appreciate honesty and authenticity. Be patient with people, half the job is driving the other half is customer service.
