  • I am responsible for running the food side of the business including health and safety profit and loss as well as managing a team

  • I have refreshed myself on skills previously learnt and am asked to put these skills in practice in my working week

  • I am enjoying learning and improving in my job role and using this learning to improve my business

  • It appears to be very well organised my only issue would be nit receiving my log in to start completing my work soon enougth

  • I feel like my employer is happy that i am completing the aporentaship but it is never mention or am i aided in this

  • My trainer named erol is a pleasure on are meetings and i feel he will help me succed

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It definitely helps me perform better as it is pushing me to put new learnings into practice

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are activities but i find that these are few and far between

  • Yes

  • As working can be flexible, generally its a great environment and the opportunity's to progress are there if you wish to take them


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JD Wetherspoon?
  • Have fun whilst you work, always remain positive as it makes the hard times better, make sure even small tasks you are given you do the best job you can and you will soon get noticed also make full use of apprentaship and share schemes they are for your benefit
