    9/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The idea of the structure of the programme is okay but sometimes things go wrong. For example we didn't have OneFile (The programme that logs our coursework) up and running for a couple of months so we have had to adapt around it

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The theory side helps me in the workshop as it makes me have a better understanding of what I am actually doing and this means I am able to see things more clearer and can potentially help others who are struggling.

    8/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

  • 9a. Would you recommend Babcock to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • With Plymouth being a small city there is not much down here and babcock is one of the biggest in the south west so I would recommend this to someone if they wanted a secure job for the rest of their life.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babcock?
  • If you are unsure just go for it as there is so much to do within babcock and theres many different fields to work in so if you dont find the right thing for you there is bound to be one else where within babcock
