  • I am gapping a position currently so my daily tasks are laid out for me and my responsibilities are clear. I can manage my progress against KPIs. I have daily interactions with both employees inside the business (great for networking) and also externally with other businesses and stakeholders. I understand the requirement for off the job training and what is required from me to pass my apprenticeship.
