  • The programme allowed me to refine my skills as well as learn the ways in which businesses work. I enjoyed being able to lean new things alongside my everyday work. I did struggle to keep track of my progress as I had an instructor change half way through which made things harder.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Fortnum & Mason to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • This was the first full-time company I have worked for. They took me in when I had very basic skill and have been happy to give the opportunity to learn new skills. I have worked a few roles within the company advancing to where I am now. I would recommend them because I believe they offer the opportunity for growth.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fortnum & Mason?
  • Show a willingness to learn. It isn't about having all the skills already but showing that you are ready and willing to learn and grow with the job. I would also recommend showing you are a team player as many departments work together and you should be ready to interact with everyone
