  • time management, working cost effectively, it development, product knowledge development

  • i enjoy the programme in the sense where i have the opportunity to learn and work at the same time, but sometimes its hard to work for 4 days and then work on your apprenticeship one day, kinda throws you out of sync sometimes.

  • the programme is well structured with updates all the time about the latest on whats going on

  • i have received a great deal of support through my manager, trainer and apprenticeship trainer

  • i receive a lot of support as they guide me on what needs to be done and what things i can improve on

  • i believe it will give me the confidence to know what im doing is correct
