  • Its good - a lot of work, and can be hard to prioritise but directly relevant to my role

  • Clear schedule of formal training and self learning, as well as assignments. good support.

  • manager is good about allowing time, looking for pieces of work that align, and setting me up for success

  • good - easily available, steer on assignments and good feedback, with a good cohort to also help. tutor is very supportive. sometimes the workshops and assignments don't always match up

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It is helping me put theory into practice- considering best practice and the latest research for Senior HR practionners - eg around people analytics. i've used this to feed into board papers etc

  • Yes - we have lots of virtual inclusion and well-being events and are encouraged to also attend CIPD networking and webinars etc

  • i believe in the work that we do and i think that there is encouragement to train and develop yourself

  • research the organisation, don't believe everything on glassdoor, think about practical examples that demonstrate your experience. make sure you ask meaningful questions about expectations
