My role is to oversee the business of a McDonald's store, and ensure it operates in line with the franchisees demands by using different types of skills

Within reason covid-19 has caused huge problems for the degree

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Again within reason. We have had assignments where dates have changed or lectures that have not even discussed assignments, only when we receive a reminder we are aware of it.

Alot of support

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Again within reason majority of the time when I've requested support everyone on annual leave so it is delayed.

I'm still doing same role and performance as I was if anything I feel more stressed
