I oversee operational activities at every level of my group of the restaurants. My duties including hiring and training employees and managing quality assurance programs.

It gave me extra knowledge and I was able to develop my existing skills

Its really good, diverse program that helped me grow into my role

Great programme structure, especially regarding assignments. Various leaning method used to help us develop new skills

My employer supporting me constantly, though the program

Excellent supporting tutors and skills coaches helped me constantly though the program

I think, the program gave me a better understanding of all systems, and gave me extra confidence in my work

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are plenty of them but due to distance I was enjoying some of the during the hot week only

The program boost confidence, give extra knowledge and put you back on the learning track

Don't be discouraged when you are overflow with work and program commitment, with time things getting easier
