  • I help to set up for the day ahead, help to run the shift smoothly throughout the day by either being on a station or area leading so flexing onto all of the stations to help them when they are busy.

  • I am improving my skills through the shifts by learning why we do certain things a way and learning more ways to show confidence within myself.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy it now at the start not so much because I got passed around a bit because of needing to change who was helping me but since I have been paired up with Rosie she has been the most amazing help with skills and confidence.

  • Better now they have shared the apprentices out so one person doesn't have more than they can handle.

  • So much, she goes out of her way to make sure I understand what I am doing and have all the help I need. No matter what time of the day she is always helping me no matter what.

  • The most she can possibly give.

  • Yes i am currently in charge of our well being days where one day a month we go out and do activities to take our mind off of work and just a fun day.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because yes it can be busy at times but they help so much when you need it and is a great place to build confidence.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
  • Do it even if you want part time or full time hours, everyone is welcome.
