    • Yes, with being new to my role the apprenticeship has helped develop a lot of key skills.

    • Love the learning and additional materials such as webinars.

    • I’m a very organised person so love how lifetime training is structured. The dashboard keeps me up to date and on track.

    • Given support whenever needed however it is difficult to find the time to complete work during working hours but this may be due to my role.

    • A lot! Lots of different resources and avenues for support.

    • Has really helped build my knowledge and confidence in my role, especially being new to the role. Couldn’t have done it without my apprenticeship!

    • I hold manager days out each month.
