Area manager for a group of McDonald's Restaurants, employing over 1000 staff. Ensuring brand standards are achieved in all aspects of the business.

Just did my first session, induction for level 7 and yes I have already learnt knew knowledge.

Just started

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Seems very organised - all dates are provided, however, only given 24 notice of today's session and indeed new activities to complete by today.

it is at the first stage - but so far so good.

at the beginning stage, but so far they seem supportive

I hope this opportunity will enhance my expertise in HR and elevate my professional skills. specifically in strategic people leadership, change management, communication planning, and the development of organizational projects

Not every day is the same, but the skills and knowledge you learn, on the on-the-job training is fantastic.
