  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The uni side is well structured and it's told to us well in advance. Work is more fluid so I have to wait for promotions to come available and wait for my managers to give me goals. I know I'll cover everything over the 5 years but it's not really structured

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Mcdonald's has a great management program and is well geared to training and supporting people with there development. Many people I've met from head office offer help. It's a community full of people and support networks. Mcdonald's has offered me an amazing opportunity and I'd recommend it

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
  • Be yourself, be open and honest. Mcdonald's is a great place to work and the people are amazing. When applying ask questions and let them see how amazing you are. I found being smiley and outgoing helps, as these are things that great managers need. Be open to feedback and ask for it
