Analysing data and assisting the HR team by providing detailed insight into different policies and procedures occurring at the company.
I have massively developed my skills using Microsoft Excel and well as my ability to work within a team environment. I have been given the opportunity to apply my knowledge into a business setting and am learning a range of new data analytics software and tools.
I really enjoy my programme. The company have been great to work for so far and I've been able to settle in very quickly having met some lovely people along the way. I enjoy the workload and feel like I am making good progress.
My programme is structured very well. There is a good learning plan in place and I have been able to organise my work effectively due to the communications I have received.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. All my colleagues are very supportive and willing to help whenever I am stuck, and are providing me a great opportunity to be successful in my apprenticeship.
I have monthly meetings with my LDC and am always able to reach out to the provider when I need support. I am also given all the materials I need to succeed from my provider.
I have learnt several new skills from my provider which are very useful for helping me to perform my role more successfully and efficiently.
There are several activities and team-building opportunities at the company. All staff are able to interact with each other as people and make everyone feel very welcomed through a range of activities and events.
