    • During my 3 year apprenticeship, I rotate each year in to different departments to gain an understanding of what it involves to widen my knowledge.

    • I am continually learning, being able to learn something different every day.

    • Rotating every year to gain a years experience in 3 different departments to help me understand what I enjoy doing and what is my best skills.

    • I am able to go to my apprentice boss as well as my boss in my department that I am currently in.

    • By completing my units relating to my current role it helps me understand what I am doing better.

    • I was able to go to Glan Llyn with work to help new apprentices introduce and bond as a team.
