During my 3 year apprenticeship, I rotate each year in to different departments to gain an understanding of what it involves to widen my knowledge.
Yes, prioritizing my workload, being more confident in my decisions and IT skills.
I am continually learning, being able to learn something different every day.
Rotating every year to gain a years experience in 3 different departments to help me understand what I enjoy doing and what is my best skills.
I am able to go to my apprentice boss as well as my boss in my department that I am currently in.
